Pick a time that suits you. A licensed therapist talks with you for 5–10 minutes by phone or video. If a letter is appropriate, it’s $129 for up to two animals, usually issued the same day.

Does booking cost anything?
No. Booking is free. You pay only if the therapist finds an ESA letter appropriate: $129 for up to two animals, or $199 for three or more.
What happens at the evaluation?
A licensed therapist talks with you for about 5–10 minutes by phone or video about your mental health condition, how it affects daily life, and how your animal helps.
What if I don't qualify?
Then no letter is issued and you aren't charged. The therapist may explain other options for support.
How soon do I get my letter?
Usually the same day as your evaluation (in California, a same-day letter of intent and the ESA letter around day 30), as a signed PDF that lists the therapist's name, license type, license number, issuing state and date.
Do you evaluate in my state?
We only evaluate where our therapists can lawfully practice. The booking step confirms your state before you choose a time.
Is my information private?
Yes. What you share is used for your evaluation and handled as described in our privacy policy and notice of privacy practices.
